All orders are processed within 7 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. This excludes weekends and holidays. This means that it may take me up to 7 business days to create your order, and THEN your order will be shipped. You will receive a separate shipping notification when your order has shipped, with the tracking number.
Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days of being shipped.
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. FayGee Design is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Can I ship an item directly to the gift recipient?
Absolutely! Just make sure you put the recipient's shipping address in when you check out. A receipt will not be included in the order.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Help! My package is missing!
If your tracking information says that your package was delivered but it has not arrived please be patient and wait a few days; most times the USPS system is incorrect. Especially during holiday season! If your package still doesn't show up, please contact me so that I can file a claim with USPS and get you a replacement.
If I try to purchase your shipping label and it registers as an invalid address I will contact you and your order will not be shipped until I receive a valid address. If your order is shipped back to me due to an invalid address you are responsible for covering the cost to reship the item to your correct address.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges:
I do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged upon arrival, defective or if you were sent the wrong item. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you towards a satisfactory solution.
